Role Responsibilities:

The Ultrasound Technologist is responsible for delivering diagnostic sonograms for evaluation by radiologists. This role includes assisting in procedures and ensuring patient care during ultrasound-guided interventions. Responsibilities are performed in alignment with our mission and service standards.

Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience with three applicable registries, or five (5) years of relevant experience with two registries.
  • Education: Graduate from an accredited sonography program or equivalent.
  • Certifications:
    • Two applicable registries from the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) are required, depending on experience.
    • OB/GYN registry must be obtained within six months of hire if applicable.
    • In Arkansas, certification as a Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) or equivalent is required within six months of hire.
