Oversees and manages client-facing technical initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget constraints, and utmost client satisfaction. The individual will collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to guarantee the efficiency and effectiveness of solutions aligned with project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders, as well as clients, to oversee and coordinate project priorities, scope, resource needs, and delivery timelines
  • Aids management in assessing and developing project plans and engages in the planning and formulation of design alternatives and solutions
  • Tracks project deliverables and progress through continuous communication with project members and key stakeholders
  • Remains vigilant to potential issues and proactively works to mitigate risks
  • Compiles reports on project status and challenges
  • Ensures project completion aligns with corporate and client objectives
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, along with 2+ years of relevant project management experience
  • Remote work capability with occasional site visits as required
  • Proficient in MS Project, Office Suite, and Visio
  • Skilled in managing project finances, ensuring accurate revenue forecasting and profitable delivery
  • Ability to thrive as a collaborative team player in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal teams of varying technical expertise, including experience working with contractors and consultants
  • Capacity to self-manage, juggle multiple tasks, and quickly acquire new skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Preferred Qualifications:
  • PMP Certification
  • Familiarity with Power Monitoring Systems and the control/automation sector (including metering, transformers, switchgear, circuit breakers, PLCs, drives), energy management, and power distribution
  • Experience in a matrix-managed environment
  • Background in Critical Power applications within Data Center settings
  • Knowledge of competitor products and services
  • Understanding of applicable OSHA regulations
