**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage and execute M&A transactions for social infrastructure projects
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, and industry partners

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in energy and real assets advisory, with a focus on social infrastructure projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and present complex financial models
