The Registered Nurse is responsible for delivering direct patient care in accordance with the Registered Nurse Practice Act. This role involves:
- Identifying patient-specific nursing needs.

- Coordinating care that aligns with the hospital's mission and vision.
In the capacity of charge nurse, you will oversee daily operations to ensure high-quality patient care in a supportive environment. Responsibilities include:
- Assigning staff based on patient requirements and staff expertise.
- Serving as a clinical resource and role model for colleagues.
- Responding promptly to inquiries from physicians, staff, or patients.
You will assess, plan, and evaluate patient care needs while executing physician orders and educating patients and families as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse from an accredited nursing program.
- Current licensure with the Tennessee Board of Nursing.
- Preferred: 2 years of clinical nursing experience.
Parkridge East Hospital is a 120+ bed facility offering a wide range of medical and surgical services, including orthopedics, robotic surgery, and a 24/7 Emergency Department. We also provide obstetrical care and complex gynecological procedures, along with a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit staffed by specialized providers.
