About the Position

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Associate Athletics Director of Athletics Facilities at Dartmouth College. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for directing and overseeing the planning and development, management, operations, and maintenance of all sports and recreational buildings, facilities, and fields.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring safe, cost-effective operations while promoting accessibility and event management. You will work closely with senior athletic department staff and campus constituencies to develop and implement plans and programs to meet the short and long-range facility needs of sports and recreation programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct the overall operations of athletics and recreation facilities, ensuring reliable operations, proper maintenance, and regulatory compliance in all areas.
  • Collaborate with Campus Services and Facilities Operations and Management (FO&M) and other campus constituencies on regular maintenance, preventative maintenance, deferred maintenance and supports the Deputy Athletics Director on all capital planning and construction management projects.
  • Develop and manage the Athletics and Recreation facilities maintenance and operation plans, including preventive maintenance, routine, and emergency repair programs.
