Physical Therapist Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our rehabilitation program.
Responsibilities- Provide physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, adhering to established treatment plans and protocols.
- Collaborate with Physical Therapists to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring patient progress and goals are met.
- Assist with equipment maintenance, cleaning, and organization of treatment areas, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and patient satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient treatment and billing information, adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and stay current with industry developments.
- Current unrestricted license as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
- Basic Life Support or cardiopulmonary resuscitation certification, as required by state regulations.
- Minimum one year of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant, with a strong background in neurological rehabilitation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.

What We Offer- A competitive hourly rate of $35.00 - $42.00, depending on experience.
