Regional Technical Placement Specialist

MarketSource is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Technical Placement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for partnering with our clients to implement and maintain effective technician recruiting programs at our target dealerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with regional teams and targeted dealerships to drive results
- Partner with regional teams and target dealerships to assess their technician needs and develop individual career plans
- Educate dealerships on best practices for developing a continuous technician pipeline and reducing turnover
- Gain Dealer Executive Management commitment to the program and process
- Coordinate and participate in student recruiting events and career fairs
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
- 2+ years' experience in an educational environment with a focus on recruiting and mentoring students or supervisory experience in automotive maintenance or repair
- 75% travel (2-3 weeks per month)
