Mortgage Branch Director

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Branch Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing sales strategies, mentoring and coaching sales staff, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share
- Mentor and coach sales staff to improve performance and achieve sales targets
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business plans and initiatives
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and vendors
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to ensure the branch remains competitive
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in mortgage sales or sales management
- Proven track record of developing and executing sales strategies and achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to mentor and develop sales staff
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and vendors
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify trends and areas for improvement
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
- BA - Bachelor of Arts degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- Prior experience working with automated Loan Origination Systems
- Knowledge of QC Compliance and regulatory requirements
