As an Academic Pediatric Neurologist at Nicklaus Children's Hospital, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment that fosters professional growth and development. You will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical care to pediatric patients with neurological disorders, while also contributing to the development and implementation of our department's educational programs.

The estimated salary range for this position is $300,000 - $400,000 per year, commensurate with experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401(k) matching and paid time off.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver educational programs for medical students, residents, and fellows, focusing on cutting-edge topics in pediatric neurology. Conduct research and publish papers in peer-reviewed journals, advancing the field of pediatric neurology and enhancing our department's reputation. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care coordination and patient satisfaction. Participate in quality improvement efforts, identifying areas for improvement and implementing evidence-based solutions. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying knowledge to improve patient outcomes and departmental performance.
