Magellan Health Network Specialist Lead

We seek a highly skilled Network Specialist Lead to support our efforts in developing and maintaining a network services delivery system in small to mid-size markets. This role requires effective interaction with various organization areas to coordinate network management and administration responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess network needs and analyze composition to inform strategic decisions.
- Recruit individual, group, and/or organizational providers to meet network adequacy standards and ensure quality networks.
- Coordinate contracting and amendment initiatives, ensuring timely execution.
- Conduct provider education and relations activities, focusing on delivering value-added services.
- Prioritize and manage competing tasks and projects, ensuring high-quality results.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to contractual requirements.
- Proven expertise in network management and administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a related position/field.
The estimated salary range for this position is between $55,695 and $78,445 per year, based on current national data. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
This role may be eligible for short-term incentives as well as a comprehensive benefits package, which includes health, life, voluntary, and other benefits that enhance physical, mental, emotional, and financial wellbeing.
