General Laborer

We are seeking dedicated individuals for a General Labor position with a rotating schedule. Employees will perform various general labor tasks throughout the facility, including dumping excess scrap and defective coil parts, loading propane tanks for operating lines, working on the paint line and performing quality checks on coils, overseeing temperature control to ensure smooth production line operation, and assisting with facility maintenance tasks such as salting the parking lot and cleaning workstations.

This is a fully on-site position in a union environment with around 28 employees working on the production floor. The company fosters a strong safety culture and values trust and communication with employees.
