We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Autism Care Partners. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of no more than 10 clients, writing and submitting treatment plans, and conducting initial skills assessments. You will also provide supervision and instruction to direct staff on correct implementation of treatment goals, ensure fidelity of each client's treatment program, and oversee data collection.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Requirements:**

* Master's degree in a relevant field
* Board Certified Behavior Analysis (BCBA) licensure
* Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
* Ability to frequently assume and maintain a variety of postures
* Strong computer skills
* Ability to operate basic office equipment
