About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dietary Aide to join our team at Acts Retirement-Life Communities. As a Dietary Aide, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our residents by preparing and serving meals, assisting with setup and cleanup of the dining room, and performing various kitchen tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve meals to residents in a timely and efficient manner
  • Assist with setup and cleanup of the dining room, including cleaning tables, chairs, and floors
  • Perform various kitchen tasks, such as food preparation, cooking, and cleaning
  • Work collaboratively with the Nutrition Services Manager to ensure seamless meal service
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
Requirements
  • Entry-level position with on-the-job training
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
