Position Summary:
St. Patrick Center, a ministry under Catholic Charities, is seeking a dedicated Facility Maintenance Specialist. This role is essential for ensuring the cleanliness and upkeep of our facilities, aligning with our mission and values.
The Facility Maintenance Specialist will oversee the maintenance of all flooring surfaces and uphold rigorous standards of hygiene and sanitation. Responsibilities include:
- Removing stains from carpets and executing both bonnet and extraction carpet cleaning.
- Disposing of waste and assisting in the collection of hazardous materials.
- Operating various cleaning equipment such as floor sweepers, buffers, strippers, and vacuum cleaners.
- Utilizing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when handling chemicals and machinery.
Compensation:
The hourly wage for this position is $18.00. The standard working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
