We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Construction Interns in Nashville, TN. As a Construction Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the construction field, working on various projects and tasks.
Responsibilities:- Assist project teams in managing construction projects, including all phases from bidding to final completion.
- Perform tasks such as quantity take-off, layout, preconstruction/as-built surveys, and shop drawing review/approval.
- Interfacing with subcontractors and suppliers, attending weekly progress meetings, and assisting with coordinating work between the owner, architect, and subcontractors.
- Assist with reviewing construction documents and specifications, and maintaining field records.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Open to undergraduate students interested in gaining hands-on practical experience in the construction field.
- Qualified applicants will have a strong work ethic and be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to relocate to remote sites may be required.
