- Safely remove vehicle fluids, electrical components, and other parts as instructed by SOPs.
- Ensure vehicles are properly secured when transporting, setting, or dismantling in the production area and display yard.
- Clean tools daily, maintaining a high level of organization and accountability.
- Help maintain accurate reporting on inventory levels.
- Meet personal and team performance goals, contributing to the success of the team.
- Commitment to delivering friendly, helpful, and professional customer service.
- Advanced automotive knowledge and application.
- Basic computer skills and ability to use mobile devices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Able to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and complete tasks safely and accurately with little supervision.
- Experience using both hand tools and power tools.
- Willing and able to stand, walk, bend, lift 50lbs, and stretch as required by a specific task.
- Reliable means of transportation to work.
- Experience in maintenance on heavy operating equipment, such as loaders, hydraulics, tow motors, and forklifts.
- Bi-lingual in English and Spanish.
