  • Perform daily equipment inspections, reporting defects or needed repairs to supervisors.
  • Operate hand tools and fixed equipment, including air compressors, articulating racks, and hydraulic shears.
  • Prepare vehicles for processing, removing or disposing of trash and designated auto parts.
  • Safely remove vehicle fluids, electrical components, and other parts as instructed by SOPs.
  • Ensure vehicles are properly secured when transporting, setting, or dismantling in the production area and display yard.
  • Clean tools daily, maintaining a high level of organization and accountability.
  • Help maintain accurate reporting on inventory levels.
  • Meet personal and team performance goals, contributing to the success of the team.
Requirements
  • Commitment to delivering friendly, helpful, and professional customer service.
  • Advanced automotive knowledge and application.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use mobile devices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Able to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and complete tasks safely and accurately with little supervision.
  • Experience using both hand tools and power tools.
  • Willing and able to stand, walk, bend, lift 50lbs, and stretch as required by a specific task.
  • Reliable means of transportation to work.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in maintenance on heavy operating equipment, such as loaders, hydraulics, tow motors, and forklifts.
  • Bi-lingual in English and Spanish.
