Job Title: Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery

Fusion Medical Staffing-Nursing is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join their team in Aurora, Missouri.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our Labor and Delivery unit. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and families, and contribute to the delivery of exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
  • Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes to the healthcare team.
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in the field.
Requirements:
  • One to three years of experience as a Registered Nurse in Labor and Delivery.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Missouri.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
