Job Title: Awake Overnight Residential Counselor

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $16.50 per hour

Work Schedule: Thursday, Friday, Saturday - 11 pm to 9 am

Job Summary:

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Awake Overnight Residential Counselor to join our team at Vinfen Corporation. As a key member of our residential care team, you will provide direct support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a small group residential setting or an individual living arrangement.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide direct support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting.
  2. Assist with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  3. Develop and implement individualized support plans to promote independence and self-advocacy.
  4. Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless support and services.
  5. Document progress and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
