We are looking for a Real Estate Valuation Analyst to support our Actual Cash Value (ACV) appraisal reviews. In this role, you will evaluate and analyze ACV appraisals of residential and commercial properties, ensuring they align with industry standards and local market values.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Evaluate and analyze ACV appraisals for accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct in-depth assessments of property condition, depreciation, and market data to verify ACV estimates.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to provide valuation insights and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain compliance with state and federal appraisal regulations.
The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $95,000 per year.
