Senior Extrusion Operator

About the Position:
We are currently seeking a skilled extrusion operator to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in maintaining our high standards of production and quality in the plastic manufacturing sector.

Work Schedule:
Tuesday to Friday, 10 AM to 8 PM (initial training on the 6 AM to 4 PM shift)
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate extrusion machinery, including dies and feed systems
- Monitor and adjust temperature, pressure, screw speed, and winding processes
- Perform start-up, shut-down, and cleaning of equipment
- Conduct installation, modification, repair, maintenance, and adjustments of co-extrusion lines
- Troubleshoot and maintain production machinery
- Possess a solid understanding of co-extrusion material operations
- Utilize both standard and metric measuring tools
