Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver comprehensive clinical care to patients, administering prescribed medications and treatments in alignment with established clinical standards.
  • Assist in preparing medical equipment and support physicians during patient examinations, treatments, and testing procedures.
  • Collect laboratory specimens, ensuring proper logging and preparation for testing.
  • Administer injections and prescribed medications as per physician directives.
  • Monitor, document, and report on patients' conditions and their responses to medications and treatments.
  • Welcome patients and prepare them for examinations, gathering necessary information and guiding them in sample collection.
  • Document patients' medical histories, vital statistics, and additional information such as test results in electronic medical records.
  • Manage incoming calls, providing instructions to patients and their families regarding medications, test results, and treatment plans.
  • Facilitate referrals and medication refills as needed.
  • Coordinate patient testing and hospital admissions when required.
  • Maintain patient recall lists to ensure follow-up care.
  • Develop and update patient care plans, organizing and reviewing patient charts, records, tests, and examination results.
  • Prepare examination rooms, ensuring supplies are restocked in treatment areas.
  • Participate in required meetings and engage in team activities and professional development.
  • Address site requests as assigned.
  • Represent the clinic professionally, treating all customers with courtesy and cooperation.
  • Handle triage phone calls effectively.
  • Guide patients to examination rooms, conducting interviews, measuring vital signs, and documenting findings in patient charts.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
