Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate field technicians to ensure timely completion of service orders.
- Prioritize tasks, manage workflows, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with field teams, customers, and other departments to resolve issues, maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, and ensure operational efficiency.

Requirements
- Eligibility for US Employment without sponsorship.
- Minimum of one year's experience in scheduling, coordinating, or dispatching, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
