Job Description

The Property Manager will be responsible for directly managing all aspects of their assigned commercial and/or residential properties, including advertising vacant properties, showing them to prospective tenants, and qualifying potential renters. They will also accept rental payments, respond to tenant inquiries, and negotiate leasing terms.

Requirements
  • $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • Proven working experience in property management.
  • High school diploma/GED required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Deep understanding of real estate law and leasing practices.
  • Up-to-date on the local real estate market.
