We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at DaVita, a leading provider of healthcare services. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will have the chance to develop your skills and expertise in nephrology care. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering dialysis to patients in a hospital setting, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care, including dialysis and other medical interventions
  • Work collaboratively with a team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care
Requirements
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
  • Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
  • Experience in intensive care unit (ICU), critical care unit (CCU), emergency room (ER), or medical surgical (Med Surg) settings
  • Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification
