Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Radiology Technologist Lead to join our team at Jefferson Health. As a key member of our radiology department, you will be responsible for performing X-Ray scans of patients' internal anatomy to aid physicians in diagnosing illnesses, diseases, or injuries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute radiologic services in compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Provide consultation advice to patients and radiology professionals
  • Deliver patient care and education before, during, and after diagnostic imaging procedures
  • Assist department management with administrative and leadership duties as assigned
  • Qualifications
Requirements
  • Graduate of an approved American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) program or current validated Registry from ARRT in Radiology Technology (R)
  • 3+ years' experience preferred
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
  • Registration and continued certification through the ARRT
Working Conditions

This position requires regular contact with children in the form of care, guidance, supervision, or training. As such, you will be required to meet the requirements of the Child Protective Services Act, including the Pennsylvania State Police criminal background check, the Pennsylvania Department of Welfare child abuse criminal background clearance, and an FBI fingerprint-based federal criminal records check.

Covid Vaccination is a requirement for employment at Jefferson Health for employees working at Jefferson's clinical entities or at the University.
