About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team at Master Halco. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of materials and products throughout our warehouse and yard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading Trailers: Safely load and unload trailers with materials and products, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  • Material Handling: Manually sort and stage materials in the yard, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Forklift Operations: Safely operate a forklift to move materials and products around the warehouse and yard.
  • Inventory Management: Accurately receive and process inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Order Fulfillment: Prepare and package orders for shipment, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1+ year of experience in a warehouse or yard position.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift and move heavy materials (up to 60lbs) on occasion.
  • Skills: Basic math functions, reading, and writing skills required.
  • Availability: Must be able to work overtime as needed.
