Job Overview: As a Full Stack Developer I at TCWGlobal, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining web-based applications that meet our clients' needs. Your expertise will drive business growth and enhance user experiences.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to translate project requirements into technical specifications, fostering cross-functional team synergy.">
  • Design and implement responsive, scalable web applications using modern technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React.js or Angular.">
  • Develop server-side logic using Node.js, Python, or similar technologies, ensuring seamless integration with front-end components.">
  • Design and maintain database schemas, queries, and APIs to support application functionality, guaranteeing data consistency and integrity.">
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code adhering to industry best practices and coding standards, promoting code reusability and maintainability.">
  • Conduct thorough testing of applications to ensure reliability, security, and optimal performance, identifying and resolving issues promptly.">
  • Troubleshoot and debug complex problems, providing timely resolutions and enhancements, driving continuous improvement.">
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance the development process, ensuring TCWGlobal remains at the forefront of innovation.">
  • Collaborate with team members to review code, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.">
  • Participate in Agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings, driving collaboration and adaptability.">

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2-4 years of development experience related to the position.">
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.">
  • Detailed understanding of web development technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and associated frameworks.">
  • Experience with server-side programming languages, such as Node.js, Python, or Ruby.">
  • Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).">
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to troubleshoot complex issues, and effective communication and collaboration skills.">
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess experience with version control systems like Git.">
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies is beneficial.">
