Your primary responsibilities will include leading estimates on smaller projects, developing strategies to gain a competitive edge in the market, and collaborating with industry-leading partners. You will have the opportunity to leverage your expertise to drive project success and contribute to the growth and development of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with industry partners.
  • Estimate key scopes on major projects.
  • Lead estimates on smaller projects.
  • Develop strategies to gain a bid advantage on estimates.

Qualifications:

  • A 4-year degree in civil or structural engineering, architecture, or construction management, or 9 years of equivalent experience without a degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in estimating large commercial construction projects.
  • Valid Drivers License.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of UNIFORMAT and the conceptual estimating process.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with software programs such as On-Screen Take-Off, Building Connected, SAGE, and Assemble.

Salary Package:

  • The estimated annual salary for this position is $110,000, based on experience and qualifications.
  • A comprehensive benefits package includes 401(K) Retirement Plan, medical insurance, vision and dental insurance, life insurance, accidental death & dismemberment, long-term disability, and health savings account (HSA).
  • Paid time off (PTO) available from start of employment.
  • Cost of living adjustment (COLA) potential inclusion based on position's location, with periodic evaluations and adjustments.
