Alden Village is a healthcare facility seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to oversee the evening shift. As a Pediatric Care Professional, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of care for children and adults with intellectual disabilities.

**Job Summary:**

  • Supervise the operation of the facility during the evening shift, ensuring that all policies are followed and quality care is maintained.

**Requirements:**

  • Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Illinois.
  • Minimum one year of nursing experience.
  • Ability to make independent decisions when necessary.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Essential Functions:**

  • Conduct facility rounds on each floor and lower level.
  • Notify relevant personnel of concerns and communicate with the Administrator.
  • May initiate disciplinary action after investigating situations.
  • Handle visitor requests for tours or visits.

**Salary:** $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
