Key Responsibilities
  • Serve Customers with a Smile: Greet customers, take orders, and serve ice cream with a smile, ensuring a positive experience for every customer.
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Store: Keep the store clean, tidy, and well-organized, including the scoop shop, storage areas, and restrooms.
  • Operate Point of Sale Systems: Accurately process transactions, handle customer payments, and maintain a high level of cash handling accuracy.
  • Support Team Members: Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals, provide support during peak periods, and contribute to a positive team dynamic.
