Position OverviewAs a Travel RN in the PCU, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients with complex medical needs. This role involves working closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver patient-centered care in the PCU.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in status.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Educate patients and families about health management and recovery.
- Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state of practice.
- Minimum of 1.5 years experience in a similar setting.
- Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS.
- Experience with ventilators and SD/PCU is essential.
- Proficiency in electronic documentation preferred.
