Interventional Cardiology Advanced Practice Provider

Dartmouth Health is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider to join our Interventional Cardiology team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, developing and implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with our interventional cardiologists to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Perform diagnostic cardiac procedures and assist with interventional cardiac, peripheral vascular, and structural procedures and device placements.
- Develop and coordinate treatment plans and education for interventional cardiac, vascular, and structural patients in hospital and outpatient settings.
- See patients and follow patients longitudinally in partnership with the interventional cardiology physician group.
- Provide inpatient consultations and follow-up of patients post-procedure, field phone and inbox messages related to patient care, and evaluation and management of patients in the outpatient clinic setting.
- RN and APRN currently (or eligible) licensed in NH.
- Successful completion of an approved NP program.
- Master's level education required.
- Experience in interventional cardiology or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
