Job SummaryThe Ultrasound Technologist operates advanced ultrasound equipment to produce high-quality images of the unborn fetus and female pelvis, working under the direct supervision of a physician and adhering to standard operating procedures. This role involves conducting fetal surveillance and antenatal monitoring, assisting with invasive procedures as required, and recording images electronically in our image archive and reporting system.
Key Responsibilities- Operate ultrasound equipment to produce high-quality images of the unborn fetus and female pelvis
- Conduct fetal surveillance and antenatal monitoring
- Assist supervising physicians with invasive procedures as required
- Record images electronically in our image archive and reporting system
- Provide preliminary findings to supervising physicians
- 3 years of clinical experience in ultrasound, preferably
- Graduate degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or Radiologic Technology
- Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer - OB/GYN certification, required
- Fetal Echocardiography certification, preferred
Monday-Thursday: 7:45am-5:00pm, Friday: 7:45am-12:45pm
Weekend and Call RequirementsNo weekend work or call requirements
