Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and assess patients' speech and language abilities to identify areas of improvement.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans that cater to the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
  • Provide guidance and education to patients and their families on effective communication strategies.
Requirements:
  • A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • A valid SLP license in the United States.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Experience working with pediatric and/or adult patients, with a focus on developing individualized treatment plans.
  • ASHA CCC-SLP certification is highly desirable but not mandatory.
