Soldering Technician

We are seeking a skilled Soldering Technician to join our team at PeopleLink Staffing Solutions. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for performing high-quality soldering tasks to assemble and repair electronic components and circuit boards.

• Soldering and Assembly: Perform soldering tasks on electronic components and circuit boards following detailed instructions and technical diagrams.
• Quality Control: Inspect and test soldered components to ensure high quality and functionality.
• Troubleshooting and Repair: Troubleshoot and repair faulty soldered joints and other issues.
• Work Environment: Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Compliance and Documentation: Follow safety guidelines and best practices for soldering and handling electronic components, and document and report any issues or discrepancies in the production process.

• Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in electronics or related field preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proven experience in soldering, especially with electronic components and circuit boards.
• Problem-Solving and Communication: Strong understanding of soldering techniques and equipment, ability to read and interpret technical schematics and blueprints, and good problem-solving skills.
• Teamwork and Adaptability: Detail-oriented with excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination, and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
