As our Repair Tech, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by providing top-notch maintenance and repair services for customer-owned instruments. You will also be responsible for maintaining store-owned gear, completing warranty repairs, and performing additional duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers to ensure a positive experience
• Service customer-owned instruments with high craftsmanship
• Maintain store-owned gear
• Complete warranty repair work
• Additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Skilled understanding of repairing guitars

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Guitar Center products

What We Offer:

• Competitive salary: $45,000 - $65,000 per year
