Position Overview:

As a Construction Superintendent, you will oversee all aspects of construction operations and schedules, ensuring timely project completion. You will uphold health and safety standards and effectively communicate with various stakeholders, including owners, engineers, architects, and government officials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily job site activities, including documentation, communication, and safety protocols.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors regarding project sequencing and scheduling.
  • Enhance and maintain project schedules to ensure adherence.
  • Facilitate weekly coordination meetings with foremen.
  • Ensure a clean and safe job site environment.

Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience as a construction superintendent.
  • Thorough understanding of construction processes and materials.
  • Proficient in reading blueprints.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with building codes and OSHA regulations.
  • Ability to lead and work collaboratively within a team.
