Job Overview

Soliant is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Middletown, California. As a School-Based Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in providing speech and language services to students within a school setting.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct screenings and assessments to identify speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and student needs.
  • Provide therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to ensure coordinated care and effective communication strategies.
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
  • Stay informed about advancements in the field of speech-language pathology and participate in professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
