Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare food items to meet production, delivery, and service schedules.
  • Serve meals or prepare for delivery, ensuring correct portioning, temperature, and presentation.
  • Use established ticket collection procedures during service and maintain accurate records.
  • Clean the kitchen after preparation and serving, maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
  • Operate and maintain kitchen equipment as instructed.
  • Assist in production planning, record keeping, and reporting as required.
  • Report needed maintenance, faulty equipment, or accidents to the supervisor immediately.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2 years of kitchen experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and maintain good working relationships with colleagues.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
