Role Responsibilities:
As a Team Leader, you will receive thorough training on our operational procedures and technology-driven management approach. You will master the art of mixing, baking, and serving our exceptional cookies while shadowing our leadership team to understand our operational standards and leadership techniques. Within a short period, you will be prepared to lead shifts and manage a team effectively.
Post-Training Responsibilities:
- Act as the Manager on Duty during your scheduled shifts, overseeing all operations and addressing customer service challenges.
- Ensure that all shifts meet Crumbl's operational standards and key performance indicators.
- Guide and mentor team members in the Crumbl methodology.
- Oversee dough production and baking schedules.
- Execute required opening and closing procedures, utilizing our operational app for inventory and reporting.
- Collaborate with the management team to cultivate a culture of integrity and excellence.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in retail or food service leadership.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Availability for at least two weekend shifts each month.
- Willingness to work opening and closing shifts as needed.
- Completion of Food Handlers certification within the first week of employment.
- Successful completion of all internal training within 90 days.
- Familiarity with smartphone applications and online calendars.
- A valid driver's license.
Compensation and Benefits:
This role includes a guaranteed minimum tip of $2.50 per hour, with the potential for additional earnings based on tips received. We also offer educational performance bonuses for high academic achievement, employee discounts, and complimentary cookies during shifts.
