\We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Experience Designer to join our team. In this role, you will design, develop, and deliver innovative training experiences that engage and inspire our associates.
\Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop comprehensive training programs aligned with business objectives.\
- Create immersive and interactive content, including simulations, role-playing, and hands-on activities.\
- Determine the most effective training methods and delivery channels to reach diverse audiences.\
- Conduct regular follow-up training to reinforce learning and address evolving needs.\
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through participant feedback and performance metrics.\
- Collaborate with store managers, district trainers, and corporate teams to ensure training initiatives align with business objectives.\

- Prior experience in training, facilitation, and instructional design (retail experience preferred).\
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and various training methodologies.\
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.\
- Proficiency in creating content using tools such as Microsoft Office, Canva, or e-learning platforms.\
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.\
- Willingness to travel as needed to support multiple locations.\
