Plant Operations Finance Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled finance professional to join our team as a Plant Operations Finance Leader. This individual will play a key role in supporting our United States Manufacturing Facilities by providing financial acumen and driving operational and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities- Provide financial guidance and support to plant leadership teams
- Prepare and review operational key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Oversee the monthly financial close process for the plant, including account reconciliations
- Participate in daily stand-up meetings and monthly operational meetings
- 5 years of experience in finance
- Strong Excel skills for financial modeling
- Desire to be in the plant/on the manufacturing floor on a daily basis
- Conceptual understanding of US GAAP
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence at all levels within the organization
- Certified Public Accountant
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing
