Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to assess and analyze patient data
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patient needs
  • Provide direct and indirect patient care, delegating tasks as necessary
  • Evaluate patient responses to interventions and modify care plans accordingly
  • Participate in maintaining a culture of respect, safety, and teamwork

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) Required
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Preferred
  • Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) Preferred
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Required
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification Required
  • Oklahoma RN License Required at the time of submission
