About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating leads, qualifying prospects, and guiding them through the transition of moving into their new home.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will work closely with the Executive Director and VP of Sales to develop a strategic marketing plan that drives occupancy growth and exceeds targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create meaningful connections with prospective residents and their families through personalized tours and phone calls.
  • Develop innovative strategies to increase occupancy and achieve targeted goals.
  • Collaborate with your team to execute events that attract prospects to our community.
  • BUILD relationships with local organizations and professional groups to expand collaboration opportunities.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3 or more years of experience in marketing or sales, preferably with outside sales experience.
  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Possess the ability to pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests.
