Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify students' needs and develop individualized plans to support their academic and personal growth.
- Provide on-site psychological services to students, including counseling, assessment, and intervention.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement strategies to support students' mental health and academic success.
- Participate in IEP meetings and other educational planning processes to ensure students receive the support they need.
- Develop and implement behavior intervention plans to support students with challenging behaviors.

- Stay up-to-date with best practices in school psychology and participate in ongoing professional development to ensure the highest level of service delivery.
- Master's degree in School Psychology or a related field.
- Current licensure as a School Psychologist in the state of North Carolina.
