At Peakview Assisted Living & Memory Care, we are committed to providing exceptional care and services to our residents. As a Resident Care Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents.

The salary for this position is estimated to be between $57,400 and $72,400 per year, based on industry standards and location.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Recruiting, selecting, training, supervising, and staffing team members
  • Implementing resident-centered care
  • Providing nursing care to residents, including assessing their health needs, developing care plans, and administering medications as needed
  • Coordinating the resident admission process, from screening and assessment to care planning and implementation

This position requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification or license
  • Experience in managing healthcare teams and coordinating care delivery
  • Knowledge of gerontology and assisted living care principles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
