Position Overview

The Interventional Radiology Technologist is responsible for conducting invasive angiographic, cardiovascular, and interventional imaging procedures aimed at diagnosing various medical conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting interventional imaging procedures to assist in disease diagnosis.
  • Providing education to patients regarding their procedures and care.
  • Performing quality assurance activities within the division, guided by the Imaging Manager.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree or a comparable combination of education and experience.
  • Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in Radiography.
  • Valid Radiology License from the Ohio Department of Health.
  • ACLS certification, alongside BLS/RQI certification, must be obtained before completing orientation.
  • Preferred: Advanced Certification in Angiography, Interventional, or Vascular.
  • No prior experience is required, though 0-2 years of relevant experience is preferred.

This is a full-time position with a regular schedule during the first shift.
