Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain adherence to company standards and service levels to enhance sales and reduce costs across food, beverage, supplies, utilities, and labor.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of all financial documentation and personnel-related administrative tasks in line with company policies.
  • Implement and enforce sanitary practices for food handling and maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Guarantee consistent high-quality food preparation and presentation.
  • Uphold a professional image of the restaurant, ensuring cleanliness, proper uniforms, and adherence to appearance standards.
  • Establish and enforce security protocols to safeguard employees, guests, and company assets.
  • Manage shifts, which include daily decision-making, scheduling, and planning while maintaining standards of product quality.
  • Foster positive guest relations by addressing complaints and taking appropriate actions to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Investigate and resolve issues related to food quality.

Qualifications

  • 3-4 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a high-volume bar or restaurant setting.

Required Skills

  • Mandatory liquor license certification.
  • Food manager certification is required.
  • Proficient communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends, with extended hours during peak periods.

Physical Demands

The physical requirements for this position include the ability to stand for extended periods, walk, use hands for various tasks, and occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.

Work Environment
