Position Summary

We are seeking an Environmental Client Relationship Manager to enhance our Environmental Team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, driven professional with a passion for cultivating strong relationships with clients, partners, and the community. This role demands the ability to manage various initiatives requiring long-term dedication and adaptability. A creative approach to problem-solving and a non-linear thinking style will be essential for delivering effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with our Environmental Market Lead, balancing internal and external responsibilities.
  • Conduct market research within the oil and gas environmental sector.
  • Engage with clients, utilizing active listening and open-mindedness to understand their challenges and propose innovative solutions.
  • Work across teams to develop compelling value propositions and proposals for clients.
  • Create and present tailored client presentations for specific projects or general introductions.
  • Lead project teams in planning, designing, and executing environmental projects, including permitting, compliance, assessment, and remediation.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients and partners.
  • Support current clients in implementing effective and innovative solutions to manage their environmental responsibilities.
  • Participate actively in relevant environmental industry groups and associations.
  • Provide mentorship and leadership to fellow environmental professionals.
Qualifications
  • Over 10 years of experience in environmental project management and client relationship development.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a science or engineering discipline.
  • Strong interest or experience in client relationship management.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to deliver impactful presentations and reports.
  • Ability to convey technical information clearly and professionally to diverse audiences.
