The primary responsibility of this role is to provide personal care to patients in their homes. This may include bathing, dressing, and feeding patients, as well as providing emotional support and companionship. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
ResponsibilitiesAs a CNA with Adoration Home Health and Hospice, your responsibilities will include:
- Performing personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding patients
- Providing emotional support and companionship to patients and their families
- Assisting patients with ambulation and exercise
- Monitoring patients' condition and reporting any changes to the case manager
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Minimum 6 months of experience as a CNA
- Completed 75 hours of classroom and practical training
- Current CPR certification
